The South 160thStreet TNC Lot improvements will install permanent restroom facilities, electric vehicle chargers to serve 10 parking stalls, site lighting upgrades, and landscape upgrades. Asphalt demolition and paving is anticipated to be limited to utility trenching and restoration from construction impacts. Some re-striping of the TNC lot will be required to accommodate electric vehicle charger stalls and pedestrian circulation at the restroom facilities. Water and sewer utilities will be installed and connected to existing water and sewer service lines onsite to serve the new restroom facilities. The project is not anticipated to trigger stormwater thresholds which would require implementing stormwater improvements.
