The Hader Park & Ride is located on CSAH 8 approximately 800' Northeast of TH 52 in Wanamingo Township. Goodhue County is requesting a quote for snow plowing and deicing salt application meeting the following parameters: o A Snow Event is defined by the County as an inch or more of snow accumulation; o The Contractor shall mobilize twice per day (morning and evening) during a Snow Event; o The Contractor shall mobilize once after each Snow Event (within 24 hours) to perform final cleanup and apply deicing salt; o The Contractor shall push all snow into a pile as far out of the way as possible; o The County will be responsible for pile removal as needed and as determined by the County and the Contractor; o In the event the County determines snow/ice maintenance is needed, the Contractor will be available within 4 hours of notification by the County. o Must provide insurance meeting the standard insurance requirements listed on the next page. A Certificate of Insurance will be required prior to quote approval. Work quoted, if approved, shall remain in effect from the date signed until June 1, 2023. If during the duration of this quote, it is determined, by the County, that the Contractor is not fulfilling the agreed upon, this agreement will be terminated and further payment will not be made. Please provide a unit price, per hour, for snow removal on the last page of this RFQ which should include all mobilization, salt, fuel, insurance, employee wages/benefits and any other miscellaneous costs.
