Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wanamingo, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
o Curb & gutter removal shall include the removal of a 1' wide strip of bituminous adjacent to the curb & gutter. Full depth saw cutting shall be incidental to removals. All materials removed shall become the property of the Contractor. Replacement of the bituminous will be completed by County forces after concrete construction is complete. o Provide concrete mix 3F52 with a minimum 28-day compressive strength of 4500 PSI. o Grading/shaping shall be incidental to the concrete work. If aggregate base is needed it will be provided to the Contractor by the County. o Provide a 1/2 " expansion material between the curb and sidewalk. o All work shall be constructed in accordance with the 2020 MnDOT Standard Specifications. o Traffic Control will be considered incidental. o Provide proof of insurance meeting the attached insurance requirements.
