The City of Ironton, Ohio is re- questing Statements of Qualifi- cations from firms to assist the City in Architect/Engineering (A/E) Services including but not limited to; planning, design and construction for an Economic Development Administration funded project. The A/E's fee for services is a fixed price or a cost reimbursement with an agreed maximum. A breakdown of the fee is required. The A/E's fee covers all services necessary for the successful execution of the project, including consul- tations, surveys, soil investi- gations, supervision, "as-built" drawings, arrow diagram (CPM/ PERT, for example) where ap- plicable, and incidental costs. Statement of Qualifications must include name of firm, qualifications, representative projects, identification of specif- ic personnel to be assigned to projects, including resumes of these persons, similar project experience, firm history, ref- erences and act as the village engineer. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and statements of qualifications.
