The Lawrence County Commis- sioners are requesting sealed bids for the CDBG Ironton Park Improvements Project. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a sure- ty satisfactory to the aforesaid Lawrence County Board of Commissioners or by certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Lawrence County Board of Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Bids shall be sealed and marked as Bid for Ironton Park Improve- ments Project and mailed or delivered to: Ironton Lawrence County Community Action Organization 305 North Fifth Street Ironton, Ohio, 45638 Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements con- tained in this bid packet, par- ticularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Da- vis-Bacon Wages, various in- surance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a pay- ment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days af- ter the actual date of the open- ing thereof. Lawrence County Board of Commissioners re- serves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
