The Ironton City School District is issuing a Request for Qualifications for Planning, Architectural, and Engineering Services for the design of a new Field- house to be added to the near Tanks Stadium. This building is expected to be around 28,000 SF and be a Pre-engineered metal building with some masonry veneer features. Design is expected to begin immediately with construction to begin fall of 2023. This RFQ is being initiated to secure the services of a qualified AE firm to provide architectural and engineering planning, design, and construction phase services for the new Fieldhouse. Interested firms should prepare a Statement of Qualifications that includes, but is not limited to, the following information: Cover Letter Firm's History and Location Key Personnel Qualifications for Responding Firm (include total number of employees with- out consultants) History and Personnel Qualifications of Sub-consultants (if required) The Firm's Experience in Providing Similar Projects in the Last 5 Years References from past Clients Proposals shall be limited to twenty-five (25) double sided 8.5 x 11 pages, minimum 10 point font. The Ironton City School District reserves the right to shortlist and interview firms from the submitted qualifications or to select the most qualified firm and begin contract negotiations. No fee estimate is required at this time. The Ironton City School District will evaluate statements of qualifications submitted and select and rank professional design firm candidates.
