Anyone interested in bidding on any of the following projects please contact the Lawrence County Land Reutilization Cor- poration directly. This posting does not indicate that the proj- ect is currently being adver- tised, only that the sponsor has been authorized to advertise. The project will be advertised a minimum of 1 week. Bid Guaranty/ Performance Bond will be sub- mitted by a Bidder, such bond must be on a form approved by the Lawrence County Land Reutilization Corporation. Ap- proved bond forms can be obtained from the Lawrence County Land Reutilization Cor- poration. The certified check, cashier's check, letter of credit or Bid Guaranty Bond, will be held by the Commission as a guaranty that, if any Bid is accepted, the Contract Doc- uments will be executed and the performance of the Bid se- cured. Each such check, letter of credit or Bid Guaranty Bond, or the proceeds thereof, will be returned or retained as provided in the General Terms and Con- ditions. If a Bidder shall refuse to en- ter into a contract, the amount of the Bid guaranty shall be retained by, or paid to the Law- rence County Land Reutilization Corporation. The award of the Contract or Contracts, if any award be made, will be to the lowest re- sponsive and responsible Bid- der therefor whose Bid complies with all the prescribed require- ments.
