For the NEVIN ARENA ELECTRICAL PROJECT For Ice Sheet Refrigeration System Work generally consists of the electrical components necessary to replace the Arenau8217s ice sheet refrigeration system. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, or to advertise for new proposals, if in the judgment of the City, it is in their best interest. No bidder may withdraw a bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of opening. Should there be reasons why the Contract cannot be awarded within the specified period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the City and the Bidder.
