Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a 1-square-foot detention facility; for site work for a detention facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
As of September 21, 2022. Project is cancelled. It will be re-bid at a later time. An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder's name and address and the designation: BID -WESTMORELAND COUNTY PRISON STORAGE BUILDING Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. All bidding questions by Bidders must be submitted to the Architect no later than 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, in order to be included in Addenda.
