Westmoreland County Area Agency on Aging Heavy House Cleaning Services. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified. Term of this Agreement shall begin on September 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, subject to renewal on an annual basis for two (2) additional years at the same price at the sole discretion of the Westmoreland County Board of Commissioners. The Agreement may be terminated by either party without cause by giving thirty (30) days written notice by terminating party to the other party.
