Renovation of a municipal facility in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of March 23,2023. bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder's name and address and the designation There will be NO Pre-Bid Meeting. Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. All bidding questions by Bidders must be submitted to the Architect no later than Noon on Tuesday, February 21, 2023
