The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of a 119,479 square foot educational facility. As of December 20, 2022, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Questions shall be submitted to Kraus-Anderson Construction Company at the address below on or before the Date indicated above. This project consists of full building systems replacement with interior renovations including a full renovation of the science wing with a combined area of approximately 150,000 square feet. The work will be constructed in multiple phases as defined herein in accordance with the Project Schedule. The herein referenced documents will enable your firm the opportunity to submit a detailed proposal.
