Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Chalmette, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
St. Bernard Parish Government Frederick Sigur Civic Center Roof Replacement over Ballroom A/E Project No. 20-2052 This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to replace separate areas on the ballroom with completely new modified bitumen membrane roof systems that do not leak and install new parapet construction completely around ballroom. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without condition to the Owner as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute a contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Deposits on the first set of documents furnished bona fide prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of the documents no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. On other sets of documents furnished to bidders the deposit less actual cost of reproduction will be refunded upon return of the documents no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. Questions about this procedure shall be directed to the Architect/Engineer. St. Bernard Parish Government is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
