Reference Number 0000238182 Source ID PP.CM.CAN.890837.C90583 The Work of this Contract is to produce highly customized metal parts as per Engineering drawings on an "as required" basis. Due to frequent urgent nature of components, Company's primary facility shall be located within approximately 50 km radius of 570 Wilson Avenue, Ontario M3H 1T8. Company's delivery times for individual requests shall be as follows: - Regular orders: delivery within 2 weeks from TTC's request for a cost breakdown - Rush orders (where agreed upon with the Company): delivery within 48 hours from TTC's request for a cost breakdown (occasionally 24 hours) Contract Term: Up to 5 Years Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
