There will be minimal changes to the existing site plan/parking area or building footprint, except partial removal of a drive through and canopy. Renovations include upgrading the existing building to meet current building, energy and accessibility codes and include new fire and security alarm systems. INDIAN PREFERENCE: The work to be performed under this RFP is on a project subject to Section 7(b) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 450b). Section 7(b) requires that to the greatest extent feasible: . Preferences and opportunities for training and employment shall be given to Indians; and . Preferences in the award of contracts and subcontracts shall be given to Indian organizations and Indian-owned economic enterprises. RFQ
