Blanket/Contract Begin Date: 09/14/2022 The work contemplated under an awarded contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and servicesfor, and incidental to, the completion of all work in connection with the Project. The work to be completed under this Contract consists of supplying the materials, equipment and labor to perform the following tasks as described in the Contract specifications: 1. Provide Temporary Work Zone Traffic Control. 2. Pressure wash and paint pre-cast concrete shoulder barrier and cast-in-place wall along Oregon Coast Highway (US101) from MP 233.2 to MP 233.45. Refer to Figure 1 for location. 3. Pressure wash and paint pre-cast concrete shoulder barrier and wall along Oregon Coast Highway (US101) from MP 237.8 to MP 237.9. Refer to Figure 2 for location. 4. Pressure wash and paint pre-cast concrete median barrier along Oregon Coast Highway (US101) from MP 240.72 to MP 241.1. Refer to Figure 3 and Figure 3A for location. 5. Pressure wash and paint cast-in-place shoulder wall along Coos Bay-Roseburg Highway (OR42) from MP 3 to MP 3.37. Refer to Figure 4 for location. 6. Pressure wash and paint pre-castshoulder barrier along Coos Bay-Roseburg Highway (OR42) from MP 12.28 to MP 12.36. Refer to Figure 5 for location. 7. Pressure wash and paint pre-cast median barrier along Coos Bay-Roseburg Highway (OR42) from MP 21.85 to MP 21.88. Refer to Figure 6 for location. 8.
