CITY OF COOS BAY CENTRAL AVENUE ROAD REPAIRS The City has implemented online bidding using the QUEST. Only electronic bids will be accepted through website. No bids will be accepted after this time. The Project is for: Road rehabilitation with some ADA requirements. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: THE CITY OF COOS BAY; GREG HAMBLET, OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR. Bidding Documents may be viewed at website. To be qualified to submit a Bid the Contractor must obtain the bidding documents and submit their bid electronically at QuestCDN Project No. 8240104. All pre-Bid questions and responses will be posted on QuestCDN. There are no pre-qualifications for this bid. This contract is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection with the bids. No Bidder may withdraw their bid until thirty (30) days after the bid opening.
