Renovation of an educational facility in Coos Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work on this Contract consists of the construction of a new security vestibule inside the main lobby of Sunset School, as well as select renovations to administration area walls, hollow metal storefront, casework and finishes. Bid security in the form of Bid Bond issued by a Bonding Company acceptable to the Owner, cashier's check or certified check in an amount equal to 10% of the total bid, made payable to the Owner shall be required. A Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond shall be required. Contractor shall provide separate Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond made payable to the Owner issued by a Corporation legally licensed to transact business in the State of Oregon. Corporation issuing such a bond must comply with applicable Oregon Statutes for public work and be satisfactory to the Owner. The bonds are to be in the amount of 100% of the contract sum to assure the Owner of full and prompt performance of the Contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection with the bids. No Bidder may withdraw their bid until thirty (30) days after the bid opening. Project: 10323
