The Project is for: Four residential streets within the City of Coos Bay. Three of these schedules, N. Wasson Street, Michigan Avenue, and LaClair Street consist of: cold plane pavement removal and asphalt concrete repair, along with ADA ramps, concrete work, pavement striping, manhole adjustments and other miscellaneous items associated with roadway rehabilitation at three different locations in the Empire area. The fourth location, N. 14th Street, is for roadway reconstruction, including new ADA ramps, storm drain improvements, manhole adjustments, and other miscellaneous items associated with roadway reconstruction. There are no pre-qualifications for this bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection with the bids. No Bidder may withdraw their bid until thirty (30) days after the bid opening.
