Renovation of a water / sewer project in Coos Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for Coos Bay Lift Station Repair Project for the benefit of Oregon Military Department (OMD). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The project includes but it not limited to removal of existing sewage ejection system and control panel and replace with new, removal and replacement of all waste piping and associated check valves, isolation valves, and removal and replacement of existing pumps, pump panel, plumbing, and associated parts. Clean, recoat and sealing of tank. The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $130K to 150K *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
