Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coos Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project is for: the paving of the existing gravel parking lot, installation of a stormwater swale, sidewalk with retaining walls, and perimeter fencing at the City of Coos Bay Fire Station No. 2 and adjacent park A pre-bid conference will not be held All pre-Bid questions and responses will be posted electronically There are no pre-qualifications for this bid. This contract is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. This project is funded by the Coos Bay Urban Renewal Agency. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection with the bids. No Bidder may withdraw their bid until thirty (30) days after the bid opening
