Manatee County Government, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the County), will receive proposals from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the State of Florida, for the replacement of the roof of an approximately 4,800 sq.f. building used as a barber academy located at 917 26th Avenue East, Bradenton, Florida 34208. The contractor selected for this project will be responsible for furnishing all necessary engineered drawings, permits, materials, equipment, and labor for a complete project, in accordance with the specifications of this Request for Proposals.
