Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a mixed-use development in Grantsburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the remodel of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction began June of 2023 and a completion date is set for the Fall of 2024. Kraus-Anderson Construction Company is presently soliciting competitive Lump Sum Bids for the Grantsburg Elementary School Additions and Remodeling project. This portion of the project consists of constructing a new gymnasium/classroom addition and interior remodeling at the Grantsburg Elementary School. The scope of work includes demolition, earthwork & utilities, concrete & masonry, precast, steel supply & erection, roofing & metal panels, gymnasium À flooring & equipment, installation of new finishes, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, paving and landscaping work. The complete bid form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Kraus Anderson Construction Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
