Renovation of a medical facility in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Pre Bid Conference: On request. Install new Mini-Split system to replace old broken system. Relocated one of the two head from the basement to the second floor. Work site is at 42 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket 02554. Install one (1) 18,000 btu capacity ductless mini-split AC system (no heat), with two (2) 9,000 btu heads. First head installed in the basement, and second located in 2nd (upper) floor bedroom. Remove and dispose of all old HVAC equipment to include compressor unit, 2 heads and all associated components. Install non-corroding (nonmetallic) Air Conditioning Condenser Pad for exterior unit. Exterior wall ducting will be grey finish.
