The Work to Be Done Consists of Furnishing All Materials, Equipment, Tools, Labor, and Incidentals as Required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the Above Stated Project. The General Items of Work to Be Done Hereunder Consist of the Removal and Replacement of Concrete Walkways at the Norco Senior Center Located at 2690 Clark Avenue, Norco, Ca 92860 and the Wayne Makin Shearer Sports Complex Located at 3364 Western Avenue, Norco, Ca 92860 to the Satisfaction and Acceptance of the Facilities and Maintenance Director. Any Contract Entered Into Pursuant to This Notice Will Incorporate the Provisions of the State Labor Code. Compliance With the Prevailing Rates of Wages, Apprenticeship Employment Standards, and Contractor Registration Program Established by the State Director of Industrial Relations Will Be Required. Affirmative Action to Ensure Against Discrimination in Employment Practices on the Basis of Race, Color, National Origin, Ancestry, Sex, or Religion Will Be Also Required. The Successful Bidder Shall Be Licensed According With the Provisions of the Business and Professional Code and Shall Possess a Class a License at the Time This Contract is Awarded. The Successful Contractor and His/her Subcontractors Will Be Required to Possess Business Licenses From the City of Norco. The Agency Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Irregularity, to Accept Any Bid or Portion Thereof, and to Take All Bids Under Advisement for a Period of 45 Days. This Contract is Subject to State Contract Nondiscrimination and Compliance Requirements Pursuant to Government Code Section 12990.
