This small order purchase will be awarded as a whole, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items to be eligible for award. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department. This is a REQUIREMENT SOP Contract with an option for renewal periods. Please refer to Part B of the Terms and Conditions. The turf services are anticipated to begin early spring, mid spring, mid summer and mid fall. GMAX Testing in Accordance with F355-10 & F1936-10, 40 locations tested per football field, 20 locations per baseball infield. Inspection & checking at time of GMAX testing, all seams & inlays for integrity & security and heavy wear areas. Measure the depth of crumb rubber at tested locations. Check for sink holes & evenness of crumb rubber. Locations: Smith Playground, Gambrel Playground, Hunting Park, N 11th & Cecil B. Moore (refer to the attachments tab for field locations address). Initial Terms March 1, 2023 to February 28, 2024 with an option up to three one-year renewal periods. For Renewal Periods price increases are to be based on the percentage change to the Consumer Price Index(CPI) for All Urban Consumers in the Philadelphia area and cannot exceed 4%. The increase is to be based on the CPI or the 4% cap, whichever is less. Sellers must submit a written request for price increases to the department a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the start of the renewal period. The price increase request must note the current price, the CPI percentage change, and the increased price. Cleaning entire synthetic surface accomplished using a decompaction unit. Unit will decompact in-fill, screen crumb rubber, place back onto turf. All undesirable debris is captured in holding box. Hepa filter to remove all undesirables.
