Reference number : 1676117 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-04 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The MRC de Bellechasse is requesting tenders for the emptying, transportation and disposal of wastewater and sludge from septic systems in residences or buildings not connected to a sewer network for a three-year contract. (3 years. The dates covered by this invitation to tender are as follows: from April 24, 2023 to April 23, 2026 (3 years). The MRC incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The MRC does not undertake to accept the lowest tender, nor any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the MRC Council, in its sole discretion, and the MRC cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid.
