The purpose of this document is to facilitate the selection of a qualified consulting firm(s) to perform as needed geotechnical and material testing services and other minor types of special inspections, and construction support for City of Pleasant Hill's various utility infrastructure and urban facilities projects. Consultants are urged to submit concise proposals appropriate to City's requirements. The Fee Proposal shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope marked "Fee Proposal" for the City's "As Needed Geotechnical and Material Testing Services". The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses received as a result of this solicitation; to extend the submission due date for; to modify, amend, reissue or rewrite this document; to negotiate with the Consultant selected as a result of this solicitation; and to procure any or all services by other means. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
