Site work for a mixed-use development in Pleasant Hill, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Consultant shall evaluate and design upgrades to selected components of the Pleasant Hill City Hall: pond and associated pipe/pump system, fountain (water feature), and concrete walkway. Aesthetic design of improvements shall compliment City Hall, extend the service life of facilities included in the Project, and decrease associated maintenance costs. Consultant shall prepare a technical memorandum that evaluates the existing pond- pipe-pump system deficiencies including scale, algae growth, sedimentation, circulation, and filtration; and provide recommendations to address these deficiencies. Consultant shall present their vision of the pond, fountain, and walkway areas to the City Council and advisory committee. Based on the input received, the Consultant will then develop a schematic design, plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E), bid documents, and assistance during the bidding phase.
