Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of March 8, 2023 the project has been awarded. Construction is expected to commence March 13, 2023, and be completed within 90 days. No further inquiries to be accepted. In accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications, the Project consists of the demolition of existing facilities and construction of new tenant improvements including but not limited to general carpentry (framing walls, insulation, drywall, doors and hardware, windows, cabinetry and hardware, finishes, flooring, and ceiling); electrical; plumbing; HVAC; fire suppression; and security. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time Question Deadline 01/20/2023 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via emailing Jody Wilkinson at jody.wilkinson@ndow.org. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
