PROJECT #SHIP Perform rehabiliation/repairs to occupied single-family residence Bid Bond: None This specification bid package must be submitted to the Purchasing & Contracting Division, City Hall, 555 S. Washington Avenue, Titusville, Florida 32796 with all documents prepared as directed. To assure a complete legal document, the individual forms should continue to be an integral part of the document. Therefore, to assure that a complete document is submitted for bid evaluation, we ask that you not pull the various bid forms from the book. Additional copies of the specifications will be furnished to the successful bidder. The City of Titusville, Florida and property owner(s), reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise. The total cost for this project will be financed at 100% with Federal funds through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or State fund through the State Housing Initiative Partnership program. Minority businesses are encouraged to bid No contractor or sub-contractors will be allowed to receive any incentive credits of any kind from the above said property. The homeowner is entitled to all credits or incentives and will be responsible for the filing or completion of any forms necessary. In accordance with your advertisement inviting Proposals to be received at City Hall, 555 S. Washington Avenue, Titusville, Florida; this Proposal is submitted for the above subject project: Having carefully examined the Contract Documents, comprised of the plans, specifications, and all other documents bound herewith, together with all addenda or bulletin thereto (if any) as prepared by the Neighborhood Services Department and being familiar with the various conditions affecting the Work, the Bidder proposes and agrees, if this Proposal is accepted, to execute all appropriate and existing Contract Documents for the purpose of establishing a formal contractual relationship between him and the owner, for the furnishing of all materials and the performance of all work to which this proposal pertains and for which the following prices are submitted: The undersigned guarantees completion of the work within 30-working days after Notice to Proceed is received and agrees to properly execute the Contract Documents when notified by the City. Work may be started before written Notice to Proceed; however, said work will be at the Contractor's risk. Notice to Proceed will be issued upon execution of the contracts by the Owner and Contractor, and upon the City receiving a Performance Bond for the full contract sum; if required.
