A detailed scope has not yet been determined. As of January 23, 2025, the city is in the process to continue to work on Right of Entries and Temporary Construction Easements along the route of the proposed waterline. Engineer working towards 100% plans. A tentative bid schedule for contractors is scheduled for February 24, 2025. Construction is slated to begin May 9, 2025. The completion timeline has not been released.
