This project involves the new construction of .09 miles of 20 wide paved roadway with roadside swales on the unimproved portion of SE 141st Place in Belleview Heights Subdivision Unit 7. The project includes clearing and grubbing of the right of way, stabilized subgrade and lime rock base. It also includes excavation and grading of drainage swales, installing of swaled concrete driveway aprons, thermoplastic striping and stabilizing all areas disturbed during construction.
