Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cartersville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work will include, but not limited to the following: 1. Install 4 of 21A stone, to be rolled and compacted per the drawings 2. Parking lot will be 20 parking spaces, 9 x 18 each, with an 18 drive aisle. 3. Install 6 x 6 bollards, 2 feet deep, with 2x4 fastened to each to serve as a guard rail. Bollards to be 3 feet high. 4. Contractor to provide concrete parking blocks as well. 5. Will include (1) 10 foot drive through gate. 6. Please see attached drawing for further specifications. Cumberland County is soliciting quotes from qualified and licensed contractors to install a parking lot at the new Cartersville Park site.Cumberland County is soliciting quotes from qualified and licensed contractors to install a parking lot at the new Cartersville Park site. Provide three (3) references for similar work completed within the past three (3) years. Questions shall be directed to Derek Stamey in writing. Responses in the form of an Addendum will be posted electronically.
