Renovation of a stadium in Framingham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
City of Framingham soliciting quotes for removal of existing lighting fixtures and installation of new LED lighting fixtures, provided by others, at Loring Ice Arena. This is a request for quotes. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and responsive vendor. The awarded contractor will also be required to enter into a short-form agreement with the City of Framingham. (See attached) Please read this contract before submitting your quote as you will have to adhere to all the requirements within the contract. Including insurance. Questions on the request for quotes should be sent to Purchasing@framinghamma.gov Successful Bidder shall provide any/all required labor, equipment, materials, means and methods to complete a lighting replacement installation, as outlined and intended by these documents. This includes any/all final connections, testing and commissioning to ensure new lights function as required. Completed project must meet current building and electrical codes, as well as generally acceptable professional electrical industry standards for quality and workmanship on a project of this nature. All quotes must include Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates (see attached)
