The two current properties owned by MCD involve an existing parcel located at 604 Bauer Ave, Mancos and a second parcel adjacent to the Bauer property on Willow Dr, Mancos. On June 21st , 2022, The ToM and MCD were awarded $531,700 through the Department of Local Affairs IHOI-INC013 funding to build a 2-story duplex with 3-bedroom units for families on Lot N owned by MCD adjacent to Lot S located at 604 Bauer Ave, Mancos. The total square footage planned is up to 3,000 per unit for a total square footage of up to 1,500 per unit with a 1-car garage per unit with a total square footage footprint not to exceed approximately 2,500 square feet. Construction of a two-story duplex according to plan specifications Complete or oversee sub-contractors for all mechanicals Complete or oversee sub-contractors for solar installation Comply with all permitting requirements with the Town of Mancos Work with local utility companies to initiate needed services Complete or work with Sub-Contractor for Landscaping installation Complete or work with sub-contractor for additional improvements as required by the Town of Mancos Planning and Zoning Code
