Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 1.91 miles of asphaltic pavement on STH 22 (Bridge Street) from CTH B (south) to CTH N (north) in the City of Manawa in Waupaca County. Project work includes a 3-inch mill and 4.5-inch overlay, and bike-pedestrian accommodations along project, curb ramp upgrades to meet ADA standards, curb and gutter spot repairs and inlet repairs. There is an out-of-service railroad crossing that will require coordination. A large public 4th of July event will need to be coordinated with the City of Manawa Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
