Manchester Manor/Navarro Drainage Improvements Project Contract Duration: 180 days PROJECT LOCATION: Manchester Manor Development, adjacent to 11674 Kensington Way, Laurel, DE. PROJECT SCOPE: The work under the project will consist of the following: The work under this project will consist of clearing and grubbing in the knits of disturbance necessary to install the proposed drainage improvements. All debris associated with clearing, and grubbing shall be removed by the contractor and disposed of in accordance with SNOOP guidelines. The woody vegetation M an existing stormwater management basin will be cut flush to grade and removed. The Stormwater management basin outfall structure and primem culvert will be removed and replaced to the grades shown in the plan. The spoils from the stormwater management basin shall be spread within the basin in the location indicated in the Man. At the end of the project a MI/basin as-built survey will be required to be submitted to the Sussex Conservation District for approval. A storm drain system with an approximate length of 2000 If consisting of pipe sizes ranging from 15" to 36" shall be instaneM approximately 10001f of seamy shall be installed, regrading roadside scales and remove and/or replace driveway culverts in accordance with the plan. Al work shall be completed with the necessary erosion and sediment controls and stabilization. All disturbed areas shall be re-stored in kind or in accordance with the plan. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond and payable to the District for ten (10) percent of the total amount of the bid. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the open* thereof. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond to the District. The right is reserved as the interests of the District may appear, to reject all bids, to waive any information in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid.
