Site work for an educational facility in Laurel, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The Town of Laurel reserves the right to extend the time and place of the Bid Opening on not less than two (2) calendar days notice. The work under this Contract generally consists of two (2) Infiltration Basins and associated stone base, bioretention soil, mulch, and planting materials to complete the green infrastructure installation located at the Dunbar School on W. 6th St. Written questions (email: bjett@gmbnet.com) will be accepted and answered via Addenda and must be submitted to the Engineer by 12:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Questions shall include the project name (Re: Dunbar School Green Infrastructure Installation) in the subject heading. The right is reserved, as the interest of the Town of Laurel may appear, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) are encouraged to respond.
