Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Village of Hamilton Village Park Bandstand Reconstruction The Village Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality, which in its opinion, serves the best interests of the Village. This project is for the replacement of the wooden bandstand structure with an elevated structure comprised on modular block retaining wall & concrete paver surface. Other work includes construction of pre-cast concrete block steps, railings, and work on the existing gazebo structures. No pre-bid meeting will be held for the project All questions shall be directed to Melanie Vilardi, Village Administrator @ villageadmin@hamilton-ny.gov Contract Documents may be viewed at the office of the Village Clerk, during normal business hours. The owner is exempt from the payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of cities and counties on all materials, equipment and supplies sold to the Owner pursuant to this contract. Also exempt from such taxes are purchases by the Contractor and his Subcontractors of materials, equipment and supplies and supplies to be sold to the Owner pursuant to this Contract, including tangible personal property to be incorporated in any structure, building or other real property forming part of the Project. These taxes are not to be included in the Bid.
