Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Honaker, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; for outdoor lighting for a water / sewer project; and laboratory facility.

A. The specifications have been arranged and sectioned only as a means of reference and shall not be interpreted as being a proper or complete means or method in which to arrange, install or complete the work. B. The Contractor shall comply with "Rules and Regulations Governing Construction, Demolition and all Excavation" as adopted by the Safety Codes Commission of the Commonwealth of Virginia, OSHA. The Contractor is required to employ safe practices and comply with all safety standards and laws. C. The definition of Owner for this project is the Town of Honaker, Virginia. The Project includes the following Work: Substantial equipment, mechanical, electrical and system control and data acquisition (SCADA) improvements at the existing 200,000 GPD Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Work shall include (among other improvements): Influent Pump Improvements; Aeration and Digester Basin Improvements; Secondary Clarifier Improvements; Return Activated Sludge Improvements; UV Disinfection System Improvements; Post-Air/Blower Improvements; Drying Bed Improvements; Laboratory Improvements; Head-In Electrical Improvements; Site Lighting Improvements; and Comprehensive SCADA System Installation Bids are requested for the following Contract: WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS TOWN OF HONAKER, VIRGINIA Bidding Documents may be downloaded from a designated drop box by emailing lrbookhardt@matternandcraig.com. Prospective Bidders are urged to register as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated drop box will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated drop box.
