Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Ameresco performed a study on all City facilities and noted that the bandshell at Owen Park needs repairs. Since the bandshell is adjacent to the river it floods most springs, creating more damage. The following items were listed in the study: wood frame, stucco finish, steel door, concrete foundation and basement, wiring, and decorative lighting. The shell leaks when it rains and the entire structure needs to be improved including upgrades to electrical systems to accommodate new technology. This will help perform an engineering study of the shell and begin the repairs. As of June 23, 2023, this project is in included in the City of Eau Claire's FY 2023 - 2027 CIP and funding allotted for FY 2026 and FY 2027. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
