For FEMA Riverdale Road Structure Environmental Review Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 22-9-203 Benton County encourages all qualified small, minority, and women- owned businesses to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, Benton County encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women-owned businesses. RFQ's shall be submitted in sealed envelopes labeled 2023 RFQ-01 FEMA Riverdale Road Structure Environmental Review with the name and address of the Consultant. RFQ's shall be submitted in accordance with the attached Benton County specifications and RFQ documents attached hereto. Each Consultant is required to fill in every blank and shall supply all information requested; failure to do so may be used as basis of rejection. Benton County, Arkansas is requesting RFQs for environmental review and oversight of the demolition of county owned structures at 20100, 20112 & 20120 Riverdale Road, Siloam Springs AR RFQs submitted shall be qualified to do business asnd licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state and local governments where the project is located. Bidder must be familiar with Federal & FEMA rules & regulations as required by the Uniform Administrative Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR 200). Benton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities therein, and all Bidders shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of Benton County for any damage or claim brought by any Bidder because of such rejections, nor shall your Firm seek any recourse of any kind against Benton County because of such rejections. The filing of any RFQ in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of your Firm to these conditions. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 22-9- 203 Benton County encourages all qualified small, minority and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Benton County encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women business enterprises The County reserves the right to cancel this contract without cause by giving thirty (30) days prior notice to the Firm in writing of the intention to cancel or with cause if at any time the Firm fails to fulfill or abide by any of the terms or conditions specified.
