Notice is hereby given that KIPP Bay Area Public Schools, DBA KIPP Public Schools Northern California ("KIPP Bay Area") is seeking Bids from pre-qualified General Contractors ("Contractors") in response to a Bid Request ("Bid") for the KIPP Navigate at Mount Pleasant project ("Project"). This Project consists of the removal of four (4) portable classrooms from the site, completion of associated site demolition and improvements, and re-installation of four (4) portable classrooms with different orientations and adjusted locations. The project will include all associated site work. The four portable classrooms were initially installed on a temporary basis and the Project will provide for a permanent installation. The successful bidder will be required to be bound by the Project Labor Agreement dated August 17, 2017, by and between the East Side Union High School District ("ESUHSD") and the Santa Clara & San Benito Counties Building & Construction Trades Council, AFL-CIO. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to already be on KIPP's final pre-qualified general contractor list. All pre-qualified Contractors who wish to bid must submit a fully complete Bid, inclusive of all materials requested.
