Site work for a water / sewer project in Nags Head, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Full design services associated with repairs and replacement of the pier decking and sub-structure due to the harsh environment it is subjected to around the clock. The pier would like to explore longer lasting materials, especially on the ramp (~15% of the total area), during the replacement of the 3x decking. It is anticipated that some of the decking support structure (4x4's) will need to be replaced. Total decking area is in the 34,000 square foot range. Source of Funds State Fiscal Recovery Funds The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
