Replace an existing bridge deck located at Commerce Drive (300 West) over Big Cottonwood Creek This will require the removal of the existing bridge decking girders and portions of the foundations. The scope of this project is to replace an existing bridge located at Commerce Drive (300 West) over Big Cottonwood Creek in Murray City, Utah. This will require the removal of the existing bridge decking girders, and portions of the foundations. The existing metal bridge railings are to be salvaged for reuse. The new bridge will include the construction and placement of abutments, foundations, wingwalls, girders, decking, fencing and resetting of salvaged bridge railing. Related roadway work items are also required including the removal and/or placement of subgrades, pavements, drainage systems, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway approaches and other features shown on the plans. The project will also require the protection or relocation of utilities. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Project must be substantially complete in 110 days of start and no later than November 15, 2023.
