Renovation of a municipal facility in Whistler, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is inviting qualified Proponents to submit a quote to carry out the removal of the existing 2- Ply roof system and flashing as highlighted below and attached. Scope includes: Demolish and dispose of existing roof assembly back to existing 3/4 Ply base. Install new roof assembly as shown in a (Typical roof assembly) notes below. New vapor barrier Membrane. 2 Layers of Rigid Polyisocyanurate insulation ( 132mm Total ) Tapered Polyisocyanurate insulation. 4.8mm Touchable Overlay Board. 1 - Ply Granulated SBS Modified Bitumen membrane Cap sheet on 1 - Ply SBS Modified Bitumen base sheet. Highlighted in Red allow to remove & replace all metal flashing and cap assembly running along both parapet walls. Allow to reinstall existing roof vent stacks No (6), Roof Drains No (3) and Roof hatch assembly details below. New flashing - Cap details to match existing profile as possible and Colour.
