Renovation of a museum in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
As of March 9, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for the following: 1. Replacement of exterior windows. 2. Remodel restrooms as shown on the drawings to meet accessibility requirements. 3. Replace doors as shown on the drawings to meet accessibility requirements. 4. New floor, wall and ceiling finishes as shown on the drawings. 5. HVAC upgrades. 6. Replace lighting in the display areas. In order to be given consideration, any questions or requests for bid interpretation must be received by the University of Nebraska Procurement Services office. Questions must be submitted to ebid@nebraska.edu. 5.00 PM ET.
