MEMORANDUM FOR PROSPECTIVE VENDORS SUBJECT: Combined Solicitation 436 APS Close Circuit TV (CCTV) Repair & Upgrade This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is FA449723Q0005. This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The Offeror must quote on an all or none basis. Since award will be based on initial responses, offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response to include all supporting documentation (i.e. Spec Sheets/data documents). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07 and the Defense FAR Supplement Publication Notice 20221028. This is 100% set aside for small business competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561621, size standard $22.0M. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable will be the basis for award. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: A. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of this quote, the offeror must follow the instructions contained herein. The quote must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. The quote shall be emailed to kelton.sands@us.af.mil and lauren.reed-smart@us.af.mil by the due date. The response shall consist of two (2) separate parts: Part I - Price Complete and signed RFQ from pages 3 and 4 (or contractor equivalent*) Part II - Capability Statement Provide a company capability statement. Part III - Salient Characteristics Provide characteristics of the products being proposed. *The offeror is not required to use the provided RFQ; however, if you chose not to use it, all of the information on the RFQ must be included in your offer. B. The contracting officer has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition for this acquisition. Upon examination of the initial offers, the contracting officer will evaluate responses and if adequate price competition exists, no additional cost information will be requested.
