Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in East Bangor, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

East Bangor Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond or certified check to the municipality in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded.The amount of 10% of the total bid furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
